Johan Sfiso Sithebe, better known by his stage name DaMabusa is a South African music artist. He was born in Kwamhlanga, Mpumalanga. His career began in 2007 at the age of 11 years when he was part of a clap and tap choir, he then established his own choir in 2019 which further developed him as a musician. His big breakthrough was in 2022 when he released his gold selling debut hit single, “Umama Owangizalayo” which kick started his career as an independent music artist. He’s since released an EP called “Izipho” released in November 2022 and recently released a hit single “Syeke” in April 2023. He has worked with the likes of Sdala B and Paige, Lungelo Hlungwane, Mduduzi Ncube, Mr Style, Leon Lee, DJ TPZ, Toxide and a few more amazing artists. He released hit single 'Hamba Juba' which is getting fans on their feet and has dropped another single in November 'Ngicel’buye' which is hitting the waves. His career continues to grow as he been nominated on Afrime Ghana Music Awards, as well as the upcoming 2023 SATMA Awards. He continue making local and international appearances as a solo artist , touching peoples hearts with his soulful vocals.
