Worlds within worlds. Since 2010, Helsinki-based media artist and music producer Mikko H. Haapoja has recorded nature & urban soundscapes around the world. By mixing multiple sonic environments together, Haapoja now creates unheard worlds. In his upcoming solo album Unheard Landscapes, Finnish traditional bowed lyre (jouhikko), kantele and electronic beats connect this sonic mixture to the living tradition of ours.
