Emerging from this, he immersed himself in rave culture, discovering a love for Drum and Bass. Determined to DJ and produce, Bristol unwittingly embraced him. Influenced by J Dilla, Emapea, Nujabes, Pete Rock, DJ Format, and The Deli just to name a few, Dialekt sculpted a distinctive sound with perpetual jazz and funk undertones. Vinyl became his dynamic palette, fostering a passion for sampling, drum breaks, and soulful patterns. Fate took a comedic turn with fatherhood, steering him away from DJing and Drum and Bass. He retraced to his first love – hip hop sampled beats.
