25 year old Leominster, MA veteran MC | Kissimmee, FL native ‘40 $tacks’ is no stranger in the New England rap scene. With over 10 years of experience, he’s quickly made his rounds throughout the state winning over ears with his wit, humble personality, stage presence, and more importantly, his music! 40’s growth is well-documented over the internet with just a simple google search. What started out as a childhood dream quickly unfolded to a full blown obsession.. studying music, writing rhymes, and day dreaming of tour life. Eventually he got down with Fitchburg, MA's own DirtyBurg Productions (formally Dirty Records) to put out his first official solo mixtape T.G.I.F (Thank God It’s Forty) in the summer of 2012 to great fanfare. Gaining the attention of a younger JAMN 94.5 intern by the name of DJ E-Dubble (Now a staple in the NE scene) who mentored the aspiring rapper. Admittedly, 40 succumbed to the pressures of the fast lifestyle that is of a rapper. Putting music on the back burner, 40 quickly lost himself, and his beloved fanbase. Over the next 5 years 40 $tacks had to pick up the pieces and start from scratch meanwhile sharpening his pen game, and song structure. In those developing years, teaming up with long-time friend ‘NickNASA’ the two created a clothing brand called 'Mass Artistry' which represents the lifestyle of the creative youth, especially in Massachusetts.
