Supardejen is your favorite rapper's favorite rapper. The man who inspired an entire generation of rappers in style, delivery, rhyme and wordplay - both as a solo artist and with the music collective Helt Sikkert Crew. He is a multi-talented artist, producing, rapping, writing, scratching and recording and mixing for himself and other artists. In 1999 he released the complex masterpiece concept album "Intelligens Uden Konsistens", considered one of the great classics in the Danish hip hop canon. The album helped launch a whole new style of Danish rap focusing on double meanings and wordplay. But even before that, he was active, both as part ofkongezn & Knægten (who later became Sphaeren) with Stik Op Jakob and featured various compilations and as a guest artist. In the time following "Intelligens Uden Konsistens" Supardejen focused mostly on his group Sphaeren, who released 5 albums from 2001 to 2013. In 2013 Supardejen released the crowdfunded comeback album "King Kong", with productions from Tue Track, Machacha and the Supardejen himself, which was nominated as the Hip Hop Album of the Year for the GAFFA Award and quickly sold out. It gave Supardejen a new drive and in 2015/16 he released the critically acclaimed albums "Retrorik" and "Gigantopithecus" and since 2016 4 albums together with Machacha in the group Moriarty. As a rapper, Supardejen is best known for its complex lyrics, which often include multiple rhymes, hardcore humor and personal references.
