Radiating a restrained but rhythmic and soulful energy, DJ/Producer/Remixer Deap Soma aims to reignite the fire of house music that blazed through the 90’s and built the foundation for the world of house and electronic music we see today. Deap Soma, has spent his musical life immersing himself in the raw, primordial sounds the house music pantheon of the past had to offer. Understanding the transformation of tracks over time from underground to mainstream did not dampen Deap Soma’s drive to make his musical mark; invigorated him to walk a line balancing the respect and reverence for the underground with the relevance of the mainstream to form his signature sound.
