Brecht Hermans is a Belgian born Rotterdam based theatre maker who also plays the piano. He started composing his own music at the age of 18 and brought out the albums Odysseus (2003) and Puzzle / 8 Pieces (2010) and the EP Lighthousekeeping (2013). Brecht has made music for theatre shows like The Anniversary Party by Brussel based theatre group D°eFFeKt (2013). In 2022 he created the solo performance Ik moet u iets vertellen with director Nina-Elisa Euson, in this performance there was a big role for Brecht's keytar.
