Jerome (Carmelo Di Girolamo) graduated brilliantly from IMP G. Braga and subsequently obtained two degrees in Piano and Chamber Music in the same institute with honors, plus a “reading of the score” diploma on Pescara conservatory. He continued his studies in Europe by participating in high-level masterclasses that led him to obtain prizes and awards in various international competitions and events such as in Bacau in the Chopin Competition and in Germany at the Hochschule Academy in Aachen. Jerome is stimulated by a continuous musical research and never stops: as he is a ballet pianist, he is called to collaborate with the Royal Academy of Dance. Just the combination of these two arts, music and dance, creates the basis for the realization of relevant international collaborations, from Europe to USA. In 2021 he won the first prize at Canadian International Music Competition with his piece Breathe, Right Now, as a composer and Pop pianist. There’s no shortage of TV experiences: he was a guest in the Tv show GUESS MY AGE 2020. For over ten years he has carried out significant teaching activities in Academies and Schools.
