Emmanuel Teixeira Burity was born in Brazil, in 1969, in the State of Pernambuco and currently lives in the State of Paraíba. He started his music studies in the "extension course" at the Federal University of Paraíba, in 1986. Soon after, he participated, as a student, in the Espiral Project, at the Espaço Cultural José Lins do Rego foundation. He studied violin with Professor Yerko Pinto, having been a violinist for the Youth Orchestra of the State of Paraíba. Today, in addition to being a musician and composer, he is an Auditor of Public Accounts at the Court of Auditors of the State of Paraíba. Since the beginning of his musical studies he started to make musical arrangements and compose music. He composed concerts for violin, two violins, cello, single piece for large orchestra composed from Brazilian folk themes and pieces of armorial music for string orchestra, among others. Currently, he has several projects in progress.
