Danish Nicolai, known as NLK, has been producing his own music since the beginning of his teenage years, however, his love for music goes even further back. In fact, he started dancing when he was no more than five years old, at which point he first discovered his inherent sense of rhythm. Today, NLK has substituted his dancing shoes with a computer, but his love of music and sense of rhythm remains unchanged. He finds inspiration from other house- and EDM-artists such as Tom Budin, Avicii, Jonas Aden, Dom Dolla and Martin Garrix. NLK had his official debut as an artist when the German record label Selected shared his single ‘Believe In Me’ on their YouTube channel – a rapidly growing music channel focused primarily on house music by various artists from all over the world. 
 His popular single “Believe in me” has been praised by one of Scandinavia’s biggest music scouting shows ‘KarriereKanonen’ which describes it as a piece of “well produced electronic dance music that gets you out on the dance floor”. This recommendation is no small honor, as KarriereKanonen has discovered several of the greatest artists in the Danish music industry such as Lukas Graham.
