Being attracted to music from a very early age, he started studying violin at the age of 5 and he followed classical and jazz classes at his local music academy. Then he studied orchestration alongside Guillaume Connesson, musical writing with Jean-François Zygel followed by Pierre Pincemaille at the Paris National Conservatoire (from where he received prizes for harmony and conterpoint and the indian music certificate) and jazz and improvised music. At the same time, he was studying the different sound technics and was awarded a 3-year degree in physics. Since 2005, he has divided his time between live performance and studio time. He has given more than 300 concerts on 5 continents in very eclectic contexts from jazz to classical, through hip-hop, world and improvised music on scenes such as : Jazz à Vienne, The Lincoln Center (NY), Jazz à la Villette, le Théâtre Imperial de Compiègne, L’Olympia, The Womad Festival, The Blue Frog (Mumbaï), le Zénith de Constantine, Los Angeles Grand Performance, Bratislava Jazz Days, Francofolies de Montreal. Versatile multi-instrumentalist and musical IT connoisseur, he composes, orchestrates and produces for cinema, television, adverts, radio and records. He has appeared on around 50 albums, composed numerous OST and musical identities.
