Luyanda Mngadi is a South African hip hop lyricist, songwriter and record producer. He was born in Umlazi, Durban December 15 2002. He is known for his intellectual infused lyricism, emotionally driven themes and performances and socially conscious approach to his music. He released his debut studio album, Lu in 2021 and released his first compilation album, Allir in 2022. On December 15 2022, he released D152022, his second studio album, highly regarded as his magnum opus, which demonstrated his exceptional ability as a lyricist and storyteller as he looked back on his childhood.
