Born JaNard Harrison in Plant City, Florida nestled in a rural area known as Knights Station. He emerges from humble beginnings as a rapper under the stage name FatBoyFresh in pursuit of sharing his art with the world. FatBoyFresh started writing poetry at a young age which grew into writing raps as a way to voice his thoughts, feelings and emotions. By the time he was in high school, FatBoyFresh was recording original songs as a solo artist as well as a part the music group Dread Head Mafia, later to be renamed Dread Head Maniacs. Now focusing as a solo artist he continues to use his music as an artistic form of expression in hopes that his music will inspire others. In 2013, FatBoyFresh was awarded The Most Inspirational Rapper of the Year by a local music program for his uplifting single “Grow Wings”. 
 Growing up in a culturally diverse city, FatBoyFresh was surrounded by gospel, blues, funk, R&B, country, rock and hip-hop. Some of his favorite artists include Lakeside, John P. Kee, Zach Brown band, Tom G (a local legend), Lil Wayne and Rick Ross. Today, the talented artist continues to hone his skills and perfect his craft.
