She has won two international competitions, the Lyon & Healy International Pop & Jazz Lever Harp Competition (USA) and the Dinan Concours d’Improvisation de Rencontres International de Harp Celtique (Brittany). Sharlene's seven recordings of original music are streamed and broadcast everywhere. Her solo performances and collaborations with artists such as composer Frank Horvat, bass player George Koller accordionist Joseph Macerollo, fiddle player Anne Lindsay, flute & wind player Ron Korb, Celtic harpist Kim Robertson and the Harp and Holly Ensemble have brought her recognition in folk, classical and contemporary music worlds.
