Josefine Cronholm is a Swedish singer, composer and improviser. Born in the south of Sweden and currently based in Copenhagen, Denmark where she lives with her family. Growing up with the nature close she knew in a early age that she wanted to sing and dance so by the age of 16 she moved to the city and started highschool where she studied theater, dance and music. Here she experienced the magic of the stage. She has her roots in folkmusic and jazz and often collaborates with musicians from all over the world. She is an international touring artist and her singing has been heard in many different settings, small and large groups, at festivals, clubs, albums, films & shows among others. She is interested in collaborations between different cultures and finds the meeting between people in art important.
