An American/Japanese rapper (1st language English), his love for rap was always there. He still mostly raps in English but knew JRap's potential. Rhyming isn't really a thing in Japan. He had never been to school in his life but studied behind bars, wasting no time. He brought multis, wordplay, rhyme schemes & true stories to JRap. K Rider's story is 1 not many can relate to. Born into 1 of the worlds most notorious cults: COG (Children Of God) renamed TFI, details aren't for the squeamish & if you look it up you've been warned. Determined to escape, he had to know that he could at least afford what was needed to live homeless. He found ways to get a little cash at age 13, but graduated to much more serious, heavy crimes by age 14. By age 15 he had made it out. A bit too late. Feeling like his path had chosen him, the downward spiral began. Often heard in his lyrics is his fight with addiction since age 15. He's been addicted to Alcohol, Huffing, Cocaine, Crystal Meth, Codeine & other Opioids, Ambien, Benzos like Xanax & Valium, DXM, MDMA & whatever got him high. His upbringing made him all the more Displaced, the name of the 3 man rap group he was in. Founders: DJ L-Spade & Escoth coached him, & he was part of the label Displaced Media.
