Raised in San Francisco's legendary Fillmore District, San Quinn has appeared on countless recordings over the past three decades. At the age of 14, Quinn debuted on JT the Bigga Figga's classic 1991 posse track “The SFC” and instantly made a name for himself as one of Frisco's most vital rappers. Since then, his reputation for raw, streetwise lyricism has earned respect from fans and fellow artists worldwide, including legends like Scarface and Snoop Dogg. In 1994, Quinn appeared on Master P's first No Limit Records release, "West Coast Bad Boyz." He went on to release legendary albums such as “The Hustle Continues” (1996) and “The Rock: Pressure Makes Diamonds” (2006), also collaborating with other Bay Area notables like E-40, Mac Dre, Keak da Sneak, and Messy Marv. He has numerous hits under his belt, such as “Hell Yeah” (#19 on 2006 Billboard Bubbling Under R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart), “Ayo for Yayo” with Andre Nickatina, and the Hyphy Era classic “San Francisco Anthem.” In 2013, the hit show Sons of Anarchy featured Quinn's single "Paid" with Los Rakas. Quinn's next album, “I Wanna Smell My Roses,” will be dropping early 2021 and represents the culmination of his 30 years in the rap game. Produced exclusively by San Francisco up-and-comer Monk HTS, this album provides a cinematic soundscape for San Quinn to reflect on his impressive life and career, neither of which are showing any signs of slowing down.
