William Kim is a 13 year old aspiring cellist, conductor and composer. William started playing the cello as an after school activity in third grade, and soon thereafter became fascinated with the sound and depth of expression of the cello. William has since participated in many international competitions and has performed internationally. William studied with renowned cellists Prof. Fred Sherry and Prof. Ole Akahoshi at the Manhattan School of Music, and currently studies with Ms Amy Barston at the Juilliard School Pre-College.
