web: www.ludekmalar.cz Ludek Malar graduated in violin and guitar. As a musician, he appeared in several rock acts in the 1970s, playing bass guitar and singing. From 1981 he started playing professionally and with the Horoscope band. From 1981 he worked in Swiss music clubs. In 1995, he founded the EMP Music publishing house. He was at the birth of the music festival of young singers and songwriters Zlíntalent, later Czechtalent. Ludek Malar was the president of this music competition. Between 1999 and 2004, he founded the international music festival Universetalent Prague with EMP Music. Ludek Malar sat on the jury of several foreign festivals, for example (Malta, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Romania, Egypt). Since 2001, he has regularly sat twice a year on the jury of IMTA, the US talent search agency, in New York and Los Angeles. As a music producer, he supported singers Tomáš Klus, Dasha, Markéta Poulíčková, Mirka Miškechová and others. He has collaborated on several projects with composers Michel Jay, Jorge Corante, Allan Rich, Alan Roy Scott and others. In total, he produced over 40 albums.
