MIMIKO is an artist and sound producer hailing from Kurgan (South Ural). The main strengths of MIMIKO lie in the nostalgic sound, vintage synthesizers, hypnotic vocals, and a cinematic atmosphere. Another crucial aspect of MIMIKO's creative work is the reimagining of pop culture, as nearly every track incorporates something familiar, with numerous references from the past. MIMIKO takes the best elements and transforms them into a unique and distinctive style, aiming to delight listeners and evoke memories of bygone eras. MIMIKO handles everything independently, functioning as a DIY producer from arrangement to recording. In MIMIKO's repertoire, there are three albums, several EPs, and collaborations with artists ranging from Stereopolina and the band "Ploho" to Summer of Haze and Komplimenter.
