Lil Prodigy (real name Larnelle Grobbelaar) is a young Hip-hop artist from South Africa. He started writing raps in late 2010 at the age of 14. 10 years later in 2020 he would sign with 3 Cord Ent. An independent record label from South Africa. In 2020 Lil Prodigy released he's debut EP titled Mutatis which was nominated for Best Gospel Rap at the Crown Gospel Awards. Mutatis was executively produced by Kai the Dragon. Since then Lil Prodigy has gone on to win the Crown Gospel Award for Best Gospel Rap in 2022 with his single Possible which featured Kai the Dragon.
