Malcolm Brown is theDeeepEnd, North Carolina’s local Spiderman, harnessing the ability to swing from emceeing one minute, and producing your hit the next. The extra ‘e’ signifies that our hero is deeper than your average emcee. The breaking point pushing Malcolm deeep into emceeing long ago was his cousin pressing him to freestyle after a shotty date. TheDeeepEnd started writing poems & freestyling to build his craft. 
 However, it seemed like theDeeepEnd wasn’t making the progress he deserved, leading to depression. Like most heroes though, theDeeepEnd would rise, locking himself away once a week emceeing over his production. The fruits of his labor would go onto create “Think Good Thoughts” releasing in 2017. 
 2019 would come around and theDeeepEnd decided to challenge himself to release a project by the end of summer. By September theDeeepEnd would keep his promise releasing “Verano”. The summer sounds & production mixed with theDeeepEnd’s usual honesty & braggadocio, “Verano” is his most popular project to date, landing coverage on North Carolina pub Indy Week and being interviewed on the Bullcity Pioneers podcast. 
 Created on the Maschine, theDeeepEnd has produced for himself & others including all of Yahweh’s project “Arcadia”, Jooselord, & more. All of this work has put our hero on the stage with the likes of Kooley High, NoName & a plethora of other artists. theDeeepEnd has performed at marquee festivals like the Beats N Bars Festival, the Hopscotch Festival & others.
