Jason Corder is an experimental/ambient multimedia artist from Denver, CO. Over his 15+ year career, he has performed both sound and vision at various festivals such as Mutek(CA), City Sonics(BE), Decibel(US), and Communikey(US) along side artists such as Biosphere, Matmos, Pole, Rrose, and Ricardo Viallobos. He has released a prolific 50+ albums - one of which, "Flyover Sound" was nominated for a Quartz award in Paris. His record label affiliations include: Experimedia, Home Normal, Hibernate, Infraction, Archipel, 12k's now defunct Term label, and many more. His most recent release titled 'Silent Went The Sea' (via Eilean Records), features both a CD and DVD of his a/v work as well as collaborations with several video artists from around the globe. He has taught classes in generative music as well as curates a sound design tutorial course via youtube. He currently resides as Audio Director of the Denver based Dire Wolf video game studio and serves as the resident lead video director of the multimedia based arts collective CELE in Denver. His recent live A/V concept performance titled “μfascia” has been performed in 2017 in both Montreal, CA and Riga, Lativia.
