Nathaniel S grew up in northwest British Columbia, Canada. Remote living meant diving deep into imagined worlds, learning about nature, reading every book available, and slowly developing an ear for music. Musical exploration ultimately led him to hardware synthesizers and software recording programmes, which set him on the path of electronic music and led him to Berlin. As a part of several artist duo’s, Nathaniel has explored tech house, techno, and ambient productions on labels such as Thoughtless, Suicide Robot, New Kanada, Embassy of Music, and most recently Atmophile Electronics. Since 2020 he and a group of friends consisting of Mad Zach, Key Ratio, Naty Seres, and Tobias Vielmetter-Diekmann decided to create their own imprint Never Not Now, primarily as a way to support each other's music through the free exploration of new ideas.
