I go by the name of Q.U.E.S.T. and I'm a determined Hip Hop artist born and raised in Queens New York. Born on the 28th of March 1988. The name I gave myself stands for Questioning Until Everyone Speaks Truth. My life revolves around the culture of Hip Hop and one of my main missions is to change the state that the music industry as it stands right now. I'm trying to change modern day tunes with the power of truth that I put in my own music. As a Queens’s native, I stand behind my borough and represent it to the fullest. Being an artist you look up to many M.C's who paved the way. Being a Hip Hop head I also have a wide range of music that I listen to, such as Rock, Jazz, and Old School, basically anything that sounds good to my critical ear. Being the type of artist that I am you can tell that I am a storyteller and the concepts for my tracks are unique indeed. One of my favorite mottos, which is one that I happen to own is, "I'm surrounded by failure but destined to succeed." Music flows in my blood and the vessels when I distribute words. I know that I still have a lot to prove in the music industry and by revealing my talents and allowing it to be shared around the globe via cyberspace and physically I will gain notoriety. I have made many sacrifices for the music that I make. I just want every listener to take time out of their day and here what I have to express. Unlike most, my words actually come from the heart.
