“omni sight” is a Kyoto based electronic music band since 2013. The band itself consisted of Motohiko Sato, a leader of L.E.D. (http://led-net.com/), and Naoki Hirai, a drummer of BOOM BOOM SATELLITES (http://www.bbs-net.com/), Original Love (http://originallove.com/) and various artists. Their sound has organic/mighty beats by raw bass and drums, also has unique cosmic soundscapes with experimental and respectful attitude for clubbing music. The long-awaited first full album ‘eternal return’ was released in September 2015. It also includes a remix track by Kaoru Inoue a.k.a Chari Chari (http://www.seedsandground.com/). omni sight have also performed in festivals and on stages across the globe in their attempts to spread their unique sounds, including in their home country Japan, Thailand, South Korea, Taiwan, Mongolia, encompassing prestigious festivals. Their latest album "CROSS POINT e.p.", their first release on their own label "FlightWorks". was released in Octobet 2020. Featuring Shoichi Murakami, the keyboardist of "UCND", "Kobeta Piano" unit that is unique in the Kyoto underground scene and a master of MOOG ONE, and Shohei Nakamura, saxophonist who has built a career in various fields as a session man, this ambitious album boldly incorporates R&B, hip-hop, and jazz grooves into elements of ambient, dub, and chill-out. This new Japanese crossover sound master piece is launched from Kyoto for every music lover and dance floors.
