Ilija Frapp is one of the brightest representatives of the Moscow old school party scene, founder of Rithmabeatz music lable, the organizer of events Clock Work Apes, Rithmabeatz, perfectly mixes the collection and solid Melodic Techno, Indie Dance, Organic House, into a melodic-sounding cocktail outside the narrow genre framework. Ilija Frapp plays from 100 to 122 bpm, spicing up the resulting set with the sharpness of his tireless and inquisitive taste, every now and then adding his own tracks. His creative career began in 2000, the music of Golden Boy, Miss Kittin, Felix Da House, West Bum, Green Velvet, Sven Vath, Tiga, Swaizak and Mathew Herbert, especially defines in him the original style, namely a mixture of Synth Pop and different genres of Techno. There were many Moscow clubs and dj cafes from 2000 till 2020 where Dj Ilija Frapp played, performed with his live projects Clock Work Apes, Jahoco, and organized events with support of Gold Finger, Tripmastaz, Helga, B-Voice, but in 2020 when Lockdown happened and Bruce Lee Bar was closed, where Frapp organized Rithmabeatz events, it was decided to stop performing as Dj and continue into the field of electronic music, for writing and releasing music. The main plan to develop own music label Rithmabeatz, write tracks in several stylistic directions, such as Organic House, Indie, Jazz Hip Hop, Disco, Melodic Techno then release them from well-known music labels and distributors.
