Jeffery Smith b/k/a Just Jeffery is a lyrically talented writer from Indianapolis, IN. He began writing poetry at the age of 8, and kept writing throughout his adolescence. Years later then began to take his writing to a new level by studying the likes of Frank Ocean, Prince, and The Beatles. Though his journey began with poetry his transition to songwriting became an easy task. Since a child music has always been apart of my household. I mean from R&B, Rap, Gospel, Pop, Rock, Country, etc. So I really don’t want to place myself in a certain genre because I can be anyone one of those one day then want to switch it up another. But overall I am a poet/writer.
