Juneson is the pop alter ego of classical composer and performer Josephine Stephenson. Having written songs since early teenage years and later worked with some of the biggest names of the UK alternative scene (Damon Albarn, Radiohead, Arctic Monkeys, Daughter, Ex:Re) as studio musician, touring member and/or arranger, 2023 is the year to come forward as a solo artist in her own right. Blending acoustic tones with electronica, the first song to see the light of day is 'Si rien ne bouge' , a collaboration with French artist Laura Cahen produced by Mike Lindsay (Tunng, LUMP) and released on the label PIAS. Juneson’s own first EP is set to be released later in the year.
