As resident DJ of underground ElectroZid parties Rico Loewe became well known in and around Dresden and is now a significant part of local club culture. „Music expresses what cannot be said and on which it is impossible to be silent.“ He cherished these words and he is now achieving maximum potential in his techno-influenced sets with the combination of deep melodies, dance and ecstasy. Although his music career didn‘t start with techno his enthusiasm for music dates from his early childhood. Musically inspired by his parents Rico Loewe learned to play guitar and played in school bands until he started DJing in 2008. He is particularly fond of melodic techno, which he still prefers to play today. During COVID-19 pandemic Rico Loewe increasingly dedicated himself to his true passion: producing. This led to his first releases, Nisyros (2021) and Nikiti (2022). The label Traum Schallplatten recently even released the track Nikiti on the Tour De Traum XXIV compilation. He followed up with further releases on Big Mamas House Records (2023), Kosmonauten Records (2024), and the Californian label Routine Espresso Records (2023/2024).
