Born and raised in Colombia, Jampee immersed himself in the Rap/ Hip Hop scene. Alongside his close friends, they created the group ‘Demensia Explicita’ writing and producing their own original album: ''Mi Demensia'' and touring cities within Colombia. On his late teens, Jampee migrated to Australia, where he was deeply inspired by feelings of nostalgia and longing to his origins. This is where he started to combine and fuse his repertoire with Reggae roots and Latin rhythms, thus creating his unique style. Jampee's Lyrics narrate stories of day to day situations. Protest, Justice, Love, Consciousness, harmony, Determination and equality are just some of the topics that Jampee touches on his songs. Jampee Er is always wanting to increase his experience and work on exciting new collaboration projects with talented artists and musicians.
