Of course I am Val Underwood, Short for Valerie. My fans, friends and family do call me a few nicknames like Denise, Gina, Val Pow, but one thing that was solid for me was music. I’ve always wanted to do music since singing in the kitchen with my mother, to road trips concerts with my father and my own little cleaning playlists. I use to watch the dvd compilations of Jlo, Michael Jackson and more artist back in Chicago, and Virginia. I learned so much of their music and videos and loved the the connection, vibes and goosebumps their music would give me. Now of course from radio to video I grew up on Rnb, hip hop, soul, reggae, and alternative, so there was like no song you could play that I didn’t know. I honestly would love that to be the connection with my music whether entertaining or relatable, I want my audience to connect and always feel good with my music, always peace, love, and music.
