LaVanden Darks aka L SeVen is a native of Kansas City, Mo. Being raised primarily by his grandmother, he was introduced to a household of faith and foundation through Jesus Christ. As a young teen (after the passing of his grandmother), SeVen was drawn away by the attractiveness of street life. After spending many years in the shadows of life, a trip to (then) It Is Written Evangelistic Baptist Center Ministries, changed his life forever. So with this new beginning, he dedicated himself to promoting the love of Christ through music, while preparing the next generation of believers.
