Artist Sleezy Bands was born in Brampton, Ontario but was raised in Newark, New Jersey for his early life, then shortly moving back to Brampton in his teens. His music consists of the NYC drill scene along with the Melodic Pain genre as he listened to a lot of Speaker Knockerz, NAV , 50 Cent , Pop Smoke and more growing up. On January 17 Sleezy dropped No Reason gaining a slight buzz in his city allowing him to make a name for himself. He then dropped his EP Voice Of the Youth as a summer collective of 2021. It was only early 2022 when Sleezy started dropping drill music (a more popular approach in his sound), he dropped 6 Foot 7 Foot Freestyle on January 10 2022 which seemed to become easily one of his fan favourite tracks. Sleezy’s goal as an artist is to “inspire the youth to make a way no matter what it is, run with every idea you have no matter how unrealistic and always be positive think of the end goals at all times.”.
