Body Mechanic Host of The Bassment / DJ / Producer / Owner of Detroit Techno Records who's releases include the club classic Peaceofmine released on Electrofunk Records, WSEX; The Electrofunk Mixtape & Legendary which is a collective effort from the old and new school techno producers from Detroit techno. In 2009 Body and Derrick Lewis Sr. started Detroit Techno Records and to date have released over 40 digital EP's and full length albums releases worldwide. Body Mechanic hosted a collage radio show Detroit Promo which aired every Wednesday night @ 10pm on WHFR.FM Dearborn, MI. from 2008/2010. In 2014 Body Mechanic created Detroit Promo Television a techno based music and interview program which aired two seasons on WMYD TV20 Detroit and now produces The Bassment - Detroit. QUICK FACT: During the 90’s Body Mechanic recorded as the studio/performance DJ with the great Kurtis Blow,Rap Mafia, Papa J Smooth, and produced the rap album “Game is to be sold, Not told - Beast Side Crew”. QUICK FACT #2: In 1993 he broke ground with his breakout cult booty bass classic 'Git it Git it' w/ Designated Hoodlums which was a prelude to ghettotech music from Mr. De and DJ Assault
