PIRÁMIDA is the solo project of the Andalusian artist Rocío Fernández. Producer, singer and songwritter; since a very young age she has connected with the sensitivity of electronic music thanks to her stays in London, Brighton and Barcelona. Resident in Huelva since 2008, her inquisitiveness has led her to form par of diverse artistic and cultural projects of the city. ’Vapour’ is the first Lp by Pirámida, an intimate journey throughout her own biography. Nine tracks produced between 2020 and 2021, where she reflects her romantic view on her daily life, transporting us to a melancholic and dreamy world where small details become the main focus. This album delves into the sounds and emotions that have inspired her life, addressing from her childhood in an industrial and peripheral city like Huelva, to leaving and then coming back due to the passing of a loved one, to her process of adaptation and the birth of a new life. In this album's conception, Pirámida has worked with the visual artist IchBinMupi, modeling his own creative universe where generative art and electronic music go hand in hand.
