Auteyn is a solo project of French composer and multi-instrumentalist Benoît Lefèvre, which combines written music, improvisation & sound experimentation. This project is the result of a search for unity in the diversity of his musical experiences: electroacoustic music, instrumental composition, early and traditional music. He lives and works in the heart of the French countryside, in Lower Normandy. The close proximity to nature is a fundamental part of his work.
