Influenced by rappers such as Drake & J. Cole, Alta Caeli has been around the music scene since he was a kid. Raised by his parents in Louisville, Ky, his mom was a singer in the church choir & his dad taught him multiple instruments growing up. Alta Caeli -meaning “Sky High” in Latin, started out playing the drums & piano, then moved on up to guitar. He began to write raps in the 8th grade, and even invested in an in home studio, which transitioned into recording & mixing his own original music. You can catch him learning & singing songs on his acoustic guitar, or spitting bars on the hottest beats. His music style & skills can be described as versatile- they vary from pop, to country, with a rap star spin.
