Like all 90s kids, Devin Burgess has been pivoting with life, just as the world grapples with itself. His music is carefully curated - a luxury of his approach, where feeling dictates the direction, not the other way around. But, as whimsical as that methodology lends itself to be, he frames it with purpose, embracing the finer details of his lo-fi, often disjointed production, with respect to the theater of circumstances surrounding his person, his identity, and his environment. 
 That isn't to say Burgess (aka Kei$ha, his now-producer pseudonym) bulls through his process without regard to the routine of promotion and timing. In fact, being the curator he is, he's careful to flesh out campaigns for his projects, and will even delay them if he feels he didn't put as much into the outreach as he did the bars that follow. It’s what has allowed him to be noticed by outlets such as Lyrical Lemonade and be put on Pink Siifu’s 2021 release GUMBO’! alongside names such as Lance Skiiwalker. He also pulled in multiple awards for Cincinnati’s Donuts-N-Akahol 2020 Best Of, including Collab Of The Year with GrandAce, Producer Of The Year as Kei$ha, and won the Viewer’s Choice Award for Best Episode on the show. .
