Through unique vocal melodies paired with jazz-inspired chords, razz mattreezy writes songs which tell stories of past romances, draped with smooth & soulful music. 
 razz mattreezy is the moniker of 23 year old Matt Read - born & raised in Aberdeen, Scotland. During the initial period of pandemic-imposed lockdown in 2020, razz felt compelled to write & record from his bedroom, inspired by the likes of still woozy & Bruno Major. 
 “Caramel” is razz mattreezy’s debut single, released on 5th March 2021 - the track has already received support from BBC introducing in Scotland, being featured as part of “Genre-Mixing Magic” on their Friday night show. 
 razz mattreezy’s plans for 2022 include a string of singles, with an album in the works for later in the year.
