Giuseppe Mennuti (1994), is an Italian classical and electric guitarist. He completed his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Italy, Spain and Switzerland. As interpreter, he performed in numerous concerts in Italy, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, France, Portugal and Israel, as well as in various festivals and concert halls. His artistic activity focuses mainly on contemporary music, and includes collaborations with UFA Sextet, Collegium Novum Zürich, Nouvel Ensemble Contemporain, Basel Sinfonietta, Israel Contemporary Players and Orquesta Sinfónica do Porto Casa dá Música; he recorded for Contrastes Records (UK/ES) and Liquen Records (ES). Giuseppe Mennuti appears as soloist with Orquesta Sinfónica Conjunta (ES) and Berner Symphonieorchester (CH). Always interested in promoting new guitar music, he writes for the Obiettivo contemporaneo section of Guitart magazine and is a member of the committee of the IGNM Bern association. He takes part in several conferences about this subject in Italy, Spain and Paraguay.
