With three radio shows broadcasted to over 3000+ listeners per week, tracks signed to Warner sub-labels and Dutch powerhouse TurnItUpMuzik, as well as being the head A&R at Boosted Entertainment and receiving many positive reviews on his productions for artists such as Kyla Gabka & Starleen, Sonny Costa has quite a reputation. After finding interest in Electro during the summer of 2011 thanks to Jelli 96.7, a radio station in his hometown of Las Vegas, Sonny studied all he could about the music charts, the industry, and two years later, music production. In 2016, Sonny discovered his love for singing and songwriting and began writing lyrics and recording vocals. After joining the radio station Truckers.FM in 2017, he began a daily radio show Monday through Saturday, playing the newest Electro. He still does so, proving the longevity he seeks when starting projects. He had become a skilled DJ. Radio listeners notoriously praise his song selection and personality. His mashup featuring the hit song, "Blinding Lights," had been ranked the second-best mashup of the year by Hollywood Hamilton on New York's hit station, KTU 103.5. Along with this feat, he had produced vocals for Revealed Radar artist Waxel, and had his voice presented on "Standing With You." Timmy Trumpet featured the track on his playlist. In 2022, he reached out to Gabka to produce and mix her upcoming album and its singles, leading to the aforementioned reviews on this latest venture into artist production.
