The story of King Rob and music is a long and relatively untold one that he unpacks as he continues to grow in notoriety. However, what he does want you to know, he's been grinding in the Houston underground for over 20 years and has nearly all of the experiences you can think of that comes with a self starting, indie push.  Born and raised in Houston, Tx his musical influences include all of the legends down here that he admired and crafted his independent hustle behind. 2pac, Nas, Jay Z and a host of other emcees across the nation also influenced his style and viewpoints on not only hiphop but life in America and in general. King Rob currently owns Renaisance Muzik and has material on all platforms from his days as a part of Pigg Penn Produkshunz and Recording Kingz Studioz. Graduating from those situations, King Rob took that knowledge and formulated his own brand and sound. His new hiphop project, Making Moves &Winning is slated for release this summer. King Rob has developed his production talents and has released two multi-genre instrumental projects, 120 beatz foo and Renaisance Pt. 1 on all social media platforms.
