I am Penko Baba, Cameroonian/African artist. My music is influenced by hip hop, afrobeat, reggae and afrosoul. Still working on my way to mainstream success while anticipating the release of my first studio album entitled Path To Victory (PTV) Vol.1. I have couple of singles under belt with the most recent being 'Mboa Est Amer' which laments over the political situation in my country Cameroon and across Africa. I am the founder co-owner to Freeboy Entertainment alongside my blood Jah-Mez. Freeboy because we are not bound by any static stiuation in this life. My mother never wanted and still doesn't want me doing music but I am happy I was able to convince her by making my actions look responsible showing her this is what i want to do. I don't exactly know how to decribe my musical expression, all I know is I am doing music and I have a creative mind that makes ART and I appreciate every support or positive influence it has made on any person in this world.
