Born and raised in Evanston, IL, Los Angeles based producer/engineer J. Gray (aka Josh Gray) has been working steady to make his imprint. While in high school, his mother bought a Mac desktop computer equipped with GarageBand. From that point on, he taught himself how to produce beats and record his own songs. He moved to Los Angeles, CA in 2015 to further pursue his ambitions. What initially began as a solo career as an artist has evolved into collaborating behind the scenes engineering, producing, and writing for numerous artists. J. Gray was also a contestant on Netflix’s Rhythm + Flow in 2019.
