Band Profile: STORYA is a metal band from Cebu City Philippines formed last 2018. Their initial line up started as co employees and has evolved as band members thanks to their common passion in music. The band’s music inspiration revolves from their life experiences, perceptions, opinions and personal stories. Hence, the name “Storya”. The group focuses on metal music which mainly incorporates death & thrash genre. Their flexibility also touches groove, metalcore to black metal and other sub genres alike. Currently the band is very active in roaming the urbans of Cebu Philippines performing on local events and sharing their crafts whenever gigs are available. Currently Storya is on a roll of completing a full album release and is hopefull to have this published very soon. The group is young, passionate and is already creating a name for themselves. The vision of the band is to inspire Filipinos by expressing their selves through music or any form of art and echoing the recognition that Pinoy’s crafts are consistently for the global stage.
