Biography

Italian born Producer and DJ, Mirko Di Florio knew from the time he was a small child taking piano lessons that music would be a focal point in his life. He began DJing playing out in his local clubs in 2008 and in the next 4 or 5 years he practiced his production skills and released his first track called ‘Feet’ on the UK label Leftroom in 2013. This was to be the first of many tech house gems. In 2016, Mirko collaborated with Lee Foss and joined the "Repopulate Mars” family, releasing the "Coco Club" EP and two other singles "Soul City" and "Say What?." Fast Forward to 2019, Mirko released “Mesmerized” Ep on Green Velvet's label Relief, “Someday” Ep on Solotoko, a remake of the old school anthem “Been a Long Time” - by The Fog - on Armada, and an edit of Kanye West “I Love It.” A long term residency at “Too Long” party in Milan followed and with Darius Syrossian for his “Do Not Sleep” parties in Ibiza. Mirko has since played at renowned clubs such as “Space”, “Privilege” “Sankeys” and more. He has also graced the stages at Miami's Winter Music Conference, Digital Fest in Newcastle, Shade Music Fest, Exe Club - Sofia, Rise in London, Teatro in Leeds, and The Gang in Sicily. In 2020, Mirko signed to MK's AREA10 records. His first release on AREA10 was a remix of MK and Sonny Fodera ft Raphaela single called “One night.” Now Mirko is approaching to release an Ep with Jamie Jones called "Electric Brain"
