Based out of Boise Idaho Soul Velocity has focused on music production for the last 15+ years along with DJing for the last 6+ years. His sound spans a variety of Genres with influences from House, Breakbeat, Techno, Tech House, Minimal, UK Bass and Experimental. His percussion is usually paired with psychedelic/spacey types of effects and synth melodies stemming from arpeggios, random sequencing, circuit bending or FX modulation chains. Vocals tend to gravitates towards classic re-sampling techniques with twists added to them like saturation or pitch shifting done post processing through varieties of hardware, synths, rhythmic tones generation and percussion based re-sampling elements. Soul Velocity's approach to music production has generated him a unique set of sounds and production techniques that are bound to set a groove in the club or get your body moving on the dance floor.
