Biography

London Contemporary Voices is a world-leading alternative choir with a unique contemporary sound. Since it was founded by artists Anil Sebastian and Didier Rochard for Imogen Heap's concert Love The Earth at Royal Albert Hall in 2010, London Contemporary Voices has worked with 100+ artists including 18 Grammy winners/nominees. The choir has featured on UK No. 1 album and multiple national/international campaigns. London Contemporary Voices performed its first BBC Prom at Royal Albert Hall in 2017 with Heritage Orchestra, John Grant, Jarvis Cocker, Susanne Sundfør and Richard Hawley and features on the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child plays' soundtrack by Imogen Heap. The choir has made numerous UK TV and Radio appearances including BBC Radio One Live Lounge and Later... with Jools Holland. The choir's Mahogany Session with Amber Run has garnered over 5 million views and featured on a Burberry ad campaign. Collaborations include Imogen Heap, U2, Sam Smith, Alt-J, Laura Mvula, Eivør, Richard Walters, Guy Sigsworth, Nitin Sawhney, Eska, Jesca Hoop, Nakhane, Manu Delago, Maya Youssef, Deepa Nair Rasiya, KÁRYYN and many more.
