Born and raised in Philadelphia, Cardiak's musical interest began early in his childhood. He was inspired by his father and later became musically influenced by some of the mainstream greats in music. He eventually became an avid fan of Hip-Hop and R&B while building an extensive music collection. He began writing music of his own at an early age but his writing wasn't consistent due to his primary interest in basketball at the time. Fast forward to today, Cardiak is consistently recording and releasing new music. His music style is a hybrid brand that greatly consist of both the Hip-Hop and R&B Soul genres.
